Ice cream flavours

Summer is here, ice cream season is here. Kids and adults love to enjoy a chilled, tasty, creamy dessert, and everyone can choose the one they like from the myriad of flavours. Whether it is sour, fruity (lemon, strawberry, raspberry), or a completely different flavour world (chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, coffee), everyone is seduced. Many are also open to exotic fruits (coconut, mango, pineapple, papaya), but year after year we are surprised by new combinations of ice cream makers, confectioners (cheesecake, apple pie, cranberry, caramelized fig ricotta).

If someone opens an ice cream bar or undertakes to make ice cream, there are a number of decisions to be made: what ingredients to use, what tools and technology to produce, not to mention the packaging, distribution, pricing.

But perhaps one of the most important questions is what tastes to attract guests and consumers with? It is the advice of the most experienced ice cream makers and business people to make sure that traditional flavours (such as vanilla, chocolate, and strawberries) are included in the selection. Many, no matter what exotic or new flavours they face, always choose only the old, proven product.

The next level of flavours includes classics such as raspberries, punch, caramel, coconut, pistachios, hazelnuts, coffee, yoghurt. But in recent years, tiramisu, cheesecake, brownie, apple pie are very popular.
