Oleoresins are solvent free extracts made from all kinds of spices. After extraction the solvents are evaporated, only the valuable material remains in an oil like product. Due to the extraction method, the oleoresins are different from essential oils, containing the extracted non-volatile components as well, providing different taste.

Available in oil soluble and water soluble form, colouring intensity from 4.000 CU - 100.000 CU (colour units). Colouring marmalades, sauses, snacks, sausages and more. Can be combined with rosemary antioxidant for long lasting colouring effect.
Mainly used in meat applications in oil soluble form to season products like salamis and sausages.
